Greenwood County is requesting Qualification Statements from interested and qualified Engineering Firms to perform planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence services on the Puckett Ferry Rail Site (PFRS). Background
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain information about Engineering Firms interested in providing expert professional, technical, and advisory services listed in the Scope of Services at the discretion of Greenwood County. The information obtained will be utilized by Greenwood County to evaluate each interested firm based on the criteria outlined in this Request for Qualifications. The award of any contract or agreement is contingent upon the receipt or availability of adequate project funding.
