Project Description: Wake County Department of Housing Affordability & Community Revitalization is seeking Responses for an administrator of a new fund to provide site acquisition and development gap financing support for affordable housing development in priority locations throughout the County. The Fund will support Wake County’s goals to maximize affordable housing production and increase access to affordable housing in areas of economic opportunity.
