Description: The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is soliciting proposals to acquire the services of a qualified Vendor(s) to provide telehealth services. Telehealth refers to a broader definition of remote health care that does not always involve clinical services. Telehealth is the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long‐distance clinical health care, patient and professional health related education, public health, and health administration. Services should include, but are not limited to, remote monitoring, telepharmacy, and non‐clinical services, such as education programs, administration, and public health that can be provided remotely using communication technologies.
