Sealed bid proposals must be received in a designated envelope marked “RFP-Geotechnical Services- Smith Elementary School.” Bids will be received by Robert Smedley, Special Project Manager, Facilities Management 250 John Downey Drive, New Britain, CT 06051 on March 24, 2025 at 10:30am and will be opened publicly and read aloud. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that their bid is received and stamped by the receptionist at CSDNB Facilities Office located at 250 John Downey Dr. NB, CT 06051. Bids received late will not be opened. Selected firm will be based on completion of work in a timely manner, most qualified, best interest of CSDNB.
