1. Project Overview
The City of Newton, Iowa is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for supply of materials and installation of plumbing and heating for a 40' x 80' post frame building to be constructed on a monolithic concrete foundation for the Newton Public Safety Storage Building, to be located at 500 West 7th Street North, Newton, Iowa. The proposed plumbing and heating system is to be considered basic in nature. This building is for storage purposes and must be maintained above freezing for the storage of sensitive materials, when completely finished. The City of Newton will serve as the general contractor.
