A Mandatory walkthrough will be held on March 31, 2025 at 9am at Smith Elementary School, 142 Rutherford Street, New Britain, CT 06052 Any needed documentation will be available at the mandatory walkthrough on March 31, 2025.Sealed bid proposals must be received in a designated envelope marked “RFP-Environmental Consulting- Smith Elementary.” Bids will be received by Robert Smedley, Special Project Manager, Facilities Management 250 John Downey Drive, New Britain, CT 06051 on April 10, 2025 at 10am and will be opened publicly and read aloud. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that their bid is received and stamped by the receptionist at CSDNB Facilities Office located at 250 John Downey Dr. NB, CT 06051. Bids received late will not be opened. Selected firm will be based on completion of work in a timely manner, most qualified, best interest of CSDNB.
