• Jilk Heavy Construction, Inc.
• Mike Prlich & Sons, Inc.

♦ In a residential hillside area N of 8400 Utica Dr near Kirkwood Dr & Laurel Cyn Blvd, a washout occurred on the slope due to recent rainfall & poor drainage.
This project will enhance safety, provide lateral support to the roadway, & provide adequate drainage to Utica Dr.
♦ Construct ~30 LF retaining structure w/ steel wide-flange beams & precast concrete lagging panels.
♦ Install:
♦ ♦ metal beam guardrail
♦ ♦ new longitudinal gutter
