Solicitation W51EW725RA001, the Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Mission Support Services (MSS) Follow-on requirement for the performance of services necessary to support and perform field, chamber, and laboratory, test services in support of WDTC’s mission was awarded via W51EW726DA001 to SYSTEMS APPLICATION & TECHNOLOGIES INC (099A6), awarded 20 Nov 2025, and effective 01 Dec 2025. The total seven-year contract value is $108,536,138.
The DPG WDTC MSS Follow-on requirement was executed as a competitive, 100% small business set-aside using a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract type. The period of performance specifies a sixty (60) day contract Phase-in period, a four-year (4), ten-month (10) month base period, and a single, two-year option period. to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, was included and evaluated, in accordance with the terms of the solicitation.
