The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Contracts for Door Hardware: Door Closers, Exit Devices, and Keying and Locking Systems. Contracts will be available to State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members. These Contracts are for hardware only, no installation. Contract Release D-218(5)
Questions/Clarifications. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 PM, March 4, 2025. Questions must be submitted in writing to Erin Snaza, Buyer 3 at erin.snaza@state.mn.us. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
Responders needing help with registration and/or assistance with navigating the SWIFT System may contact the Vendor Assistance Helpdesk at: 651-201-8100, Option #1, then Option #1 again.
