2026-023 Continental Penstock and Upper Canal Repairs

The work for the CONTINENTAL PENSTOCK AND UPPER CANAL REPAIRS project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory plugging of the Continental Mill Hydro Station dual intake penstocks and repairs of the surrounding canal walls, plug and fill 3 penstocks at the Upper-A Hydro Station and repair the overflow weir at the Upper Canal with new stop logs. The scope of work includes constructing concrete bulkheads, installing flowable fill, repair of cracked and spalling concrete, repointing brick walls, demolition of existing catwalks and trash racks.
