THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE. The Department of Commerce – Weights and Measures is seeking to purchase a 2 Ton Electric Chain Hoist and Motor Driven Trolley with Radio Controls. This equipment must meet or exceed the specifications as detailed in the Sample Contract – Exhibit C..
