Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri by and through its Aviation Department (“City”, “KCAD” or “Airport”) seeks proposals for providing, installing, testing and maintaining a fully functional turn-key automated vehicle identification system (AVI System) at the Kansas City International Airport. Kansas City International Airport (MCI) served over 12.1 million airline passengers in 2024 with a combination of seasonal and year-round service by a variety of airlines and services offered for up to 51 nonstop markets. Total passengers were up 5% in 2024 compared to the prior year. The airport is owned and operated by the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
