The work to be performed will consist of the Contractor preparing existing cracks and furnishing and applying a crack sealant on properly prepared bituminous streets at various locations within the Town of Franklin. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
