Conducting Procurement Unit: The Department of Health and Human Services
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide a pregnancy and postpartum application for Utah Medicaid members that enhances access to recommended pregnancy and postpartum care, helps members navigate their pregnancies, and improves access to Medicaid benefits.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract is 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
