Description:
The CDE is soliciting bids to provide in-person Occupational Therapy assessment, consultation, and direct therapy services for students at the California School for the Blind (CSB), located at 500 Walnut Avenue, Fremont, CA 94536, in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
It is anticipated that the contract start date will begin approximately on June 1, 2025. The actual start date of the contract is contingent upon approval of the agreement by the Department of General Services (DGS), if required. Contract includes two one-year options to renew.
