Johnson Hall Life Cycle Renovation, KUCC-0110

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received on PennBid's Bonfire website until 2:00 PM eastern time on December 5, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on November 14, 2024 at 9:00 AM. This will be the only time a site visit will be offered or conducted. See Special Instructions to Bidders for details. Any questions should be submitted in the "Messages" section below. Answers will be provided via an addendum.
Kutztown University is planning a life cycle renovation to Johnson Hall. The renovation will include renovations to Johnson Hall. The renovation includes upgrades to all building systems, and site work around the building. Work shall include all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete the project. The work will be performed under separate prime contracts for construction which will include General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Construction, Electrical Construction. Fire protection (sprinklers) construction shall be included in the Plumbing Contract. Asbestos abatement shall be part of the General Construction Contract.
Invitation for Bids (IFB) package must be obtained from the PennBid Bonfire website.
