Description

This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in the Kingdom of Bahrain as prescribed by DFARS 252.1103(2).



Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Ambulance and Patient Transport Services at Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Bahrain.



The Government seeks ambulance and patient transport services for Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Bahrain. The services to be provided by the Contractor are patient transportation services and emergency medical services with the scope of practice as an EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P) with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) capabilities. The ambulance services and staff shall be based on Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. Ambulance services will include patient transport to host nation hospitals within a 45km radius of NSA Bahrain.

Offerors may request clarification of any part of the solicitation or performance work statement. No verbal requests for information will be accepted by the Contracting Officer. Offeror's questions or clarifications must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing via email: Carol Uebelacker, carol.e.uebelacker.civ@health.mil. All questions and/or clarifications must be received by December 26, 2025, at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
