Synopsis
MoDOT seeks qualified bidders to remove and reinstall approximately 41,000 square feet EPDM roofing. Contractor to remove existing roofing and walk pads. Contractor to remove any damaged wet or bubbled insulation and replace with new down to metal deck. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Michael.Yoder@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Mandatory Site Visit for bids to be accepted.
