Furnish, Install, Maintain and Warrant Electronic Door Access System

The City is seeking fixed price proposals from bona fide and qualified vendors to provide hardware and professional services to replace the electronic door access system at 15901 Fred Robinson Way (Bowie City Hall) and 2614 Kenhill Drive (Kenhill Center).  Utilization of existing components is encouraged but not required. Components in the refresh include:

1. 1. Replacement of all existing door access panels and door hardware
   2. Additional doors added to system
   3. Identification card printing capabilities
   4. All licensing and maintenance cost for 5 years
   5. Professional services for installation and configuration of the new system.
