This is the second Request for Information (RFI). This Request is for planning purposes, and shall not be construed as a solicitation announcement, invitation for bids, request for proposals, request for quotes, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with the submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses. The information provided may be used by the Air Force in developing its acquisition strategy and statement of work. Interested vendors are responsible to adequately mark proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response accordingly.
This is not a Request for Quote. All information recieved will be used for Market Research and the enhancement of a later anticipated Solicitation.
Objective: The objective of this RFI is to inform interested vendors of the intended use of the Highest Technically Rated Offeror Source Selection approach, gather recommendations to improve the draft MACC solicitation documents in terms of clarity and completeness, and suggested improvements to best practices that can improve the overall quality of the documents below.

Responses to questions received will be posted and shared with all interested vendors. All feedback on submitted questions will be provided during a virtual Industry day which will be held in the near future. This event will be announced on a later date.
The Government intends to release a Draft RFP before or during Summer of 2025.
