Prepare a draft and final environmental impact statement based on the scoping already completed by the City and the requirements of the applicable RCWs for non-project EIS work. Additionally, the work will include a review of the City’s critical areas ordinance using the state’s most recent Best Available Science. The City specifically seeks consultants with experience in non-project EIS work for Comprehensive Plans prepared under the state’s Growth Management Act.
