This solicitation is governed by the Williamsburg County Procurement Code (2009), South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code, and applicable grant requirements.

6) SCOPE OF WORK (FULL SPECS)
A) Building & Site Improvements
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the following work:

Replace (2) 8’ porch columns with trim and paint.
-
Repair roof with (1) square architectural shingles.
-
Repair 10’ x 12’ ceiling area (stain blocker and paint finish).
-
Provide and install (1) cabinet with mirror in women’s restroom.
-
Provide and install (1) commercial outdoor sink faucet and frame a 36” x 48” area beneath sink with doors.

Provide and install the following doors (with closer, hinges, and lockset):

3/0 x 6/8 R/H metal door

3/0 x 6/8 L/H metal door
B) Restrooms (Four Total) – ADA, Fixtures, Flooring, Painting
Work includes four (4) restrooms total: two (2) interior and two (2) exterior.

Provide and install restroom stalls and ADA-compliant grab bars as required for a code-compliant finished condition.
-
Repair/replace restroom fixtures as needed for a functional finished condition (toilets, sinks, faucets, associated hardware).
-
Flooring: Provide and install commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in restroom areas, including surface prep, transitions, and finished edges.

Include painting as needed to deliver a completed finished condition associated with restroom work.
Reference restroom area measurements (contractor to verify):

Interior restroom areas (combined): 149.04 sq ft

Exterior restroom areas (combined): 22.75 sq ft
C) Concrete & Flooring
-
Demolish 11’ x 19’ concrete floor area and replace with new concrete and 10-mil vapor barrier.

Replace interior flooring with commercial-grade LVT/vinyl flooring as needed to support safety/health and finished condition.
D) Parking Lot Striping
Re-stripe 36 standard parking spaces and (2) ADA-compliant spaces.
E) Exterior & Fencing (Repair Only – Community Center)

Repair front gates at building; adjust hitch, wheels, and gate alignment.

Repair existing chain-link fence surrounding the community center:

Approx. 1,480 linear feet
-
Approx. 4–5 feet high
-
Fence work is repair only (no full replacement), including adjustments, resets, and repairs necessary to restore safe, functional condition.
7) AWARD
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with applicable procurement requirements. Williamsburg County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
