The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Psychologists and Psychiatrists to establish multiple contracts through competitive negotiation, to provide SVP and ECO Evaluations for the DBHDS, in conjunction with the VADOC and OAG. On April 4, 2024 DBHDS issued a Request for Pre-Qualification: RFPQ-720-5034-63490 Sexually Violent Predator Evaluations; pursuant to the RFPQ, DBHDS will only accept proposals from those whom DBHDS has already deemed vetted and qualified. A preproposal conference will not be held; questions shall be emailed to Nicholas Sloane, DBHDS Procurement Officer at nick.sloane@dbhds.virginia.gov. Nicholas Sloane is the single point of contact for this procurement. Communication, regarding this solicitation, with anyone else may result in disqualification of the Offeror(s).
