The Virginia State Police (herein referred to as âVSPâ) is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to establish a term contract with one (1) or more qualified contractors to provide annual fire extinguisher inspections and related services at multiple VSP locations per the specifications, terms, and conditions listed herein. The contract period shall be for one (1) year with the start date beginning at the time of award, with four (4) optional one-year renewal periods. This solicitation will be awarded on a lot/location basis (see award clause for further information). For the purpose of this solicitation, each firm receiving this IFB is referred to as the âBidderâ and the Bidder awarded the contract to supply the goods is referred to as a âContractor or âSupplierâ. The Virginia State Police, is hereinafter known as âthe purchasing agencyâ, âVSPâ and/or the âDepartment.â
