Description

The 773rd ESS has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide National Registry Paramedic (NRP) Certification courses. The EMT Paramedic Certification course shall certify up to seventy-five (75) AFMS Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) annually to the NRP level in accordance with the established standards set by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Paramedic certification guidelines and the National EMS Education Standards and Paramedic Instructional Guidelines. Training shall be conducted in no more than two (2) 4 ½ month classes of no less than twenty (20) students and no more than thirty-eight (38) students, for a total of approximately 40-75 students trained annually. Course length for each student shall not exceed 134 calendar days.
