In accordance with FAR 5.3, this is the Synopsis of Contract award for ATCS production order N0003925F7808 under IDIQ contract N0003920D0056. The contractor will deliver Amphibious Tactical Communications System (ATCS) Increment 1 production systems. This delivery order was not competitively procured because it is a sole source acquisition pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - Only One Responsible Source (Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 6.302-1). The sole-source N0003920D0056 base contract was previously awarded in July 2020.
