Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking bids under the State’s small procurement regulations to provide Microsoft Office licenses:

  1. Number of licenses: 170
  2. Plan: Microsoft 365 Business Standard
  3. Microsoft - Part#: CFQ7TTC0LDPB
  4. Term: 12/1/2024 – 11/30/2025, with one additional option year.


Bids shall be issued on the vendor’s letterhead, and list the vendor’s corporate name as registered with SDAT, the vendor’s FEIN and eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) account number, and the Remittance Address.

Further, in a separate section of the bid document, bids shall list the Microsoft part number, the number of licenses, the cost per license, the Total Bid Price, and the contract term with the start date of 12/01/2024 and the end date of 11/30/2025, along with option year pricing for the following year after the base year has expired, beginning on 12/01/2025 to 11/30/2026.  If a vendor is unable to retrieve option year pricing for any reason, please be sure to provide this information in your response to the Commission for consideration.  A sample price schedule will be provided for your reference.
