2024 Water System Improvements

Under this project, the Contractor agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the proposed water system improvements as shown on the construction drawings. More specifically, the work shall consist of ±4,800 L.F. of 8¿ water main, ± 40 L.F. of 6¿ water main, transfer of services, installation of associates valves and hydrants, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, taxes, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the Work as shown in the Drawings and as specified.

Time allotted for completion of work is 180 calendar days from the date of a written ¿Notice to Proceed¿ from Owner. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
