Sealed bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m., April 7, 2026 for the construction of

the county project listed below.

Bids will be OPENED and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned date at the Washington County North

Maintenance Shop, 11660 Myeron Road N, Stillwater, Minnesota, 55082.

Because Washington County invoices local communities for work occurring on local streets, and because

maintenance of State Aid routes is eligible for additional funding sources, the Striper Operations Daily

Form is essential to the project funding and payment process. Therefore, prospective bidders are

reminded that this proposal includes a requirement to submit a Striper Operations Daily Form for work

performed under this contract. No payment for pavement markings will be made unless the form, or an

approved equal, is completed per the requirements of Division S, Section S-25.5 and submitted to the

Engineer in electronic format.

PROJECT

Washington County 2026 Latex Striping includes striping on various county highways and local streets within

Washington County. Locations will be determined via field survey prior to work beginning.
