Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The Calgary Fire Department (CFD) is acquiring firefighting nozzles.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) years. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, two (2) times for three (3) years each time. The potential total term length is nine (9) years.
