TH 61 Hastings Reconstruction

Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for managing and designing the reconstruction of Trunk Highway (TH) 61 from 3rd Street (St.) to 36th St. in Hastings This work is a change from the original scope of a mill and overlay. Two roundabouts will be designed, one at TH 316 and one at 36th St. Access modifications throughout the corridor will be evaluated. Traffic will be analyzed throughout the corridor. New signals will be designed. The retaining wall at Todd Field will be replaced. Contractor must work closely with the CM/GC Contractor. The goal of this project is to complete the design for the reconstruction of TH 61.
