Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until the above time, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:
2026 CCLIP Surface Preservation (K-18)ST2510
The project will include but is not limited to the following approximate major categories of work:
1. MILLING (3” UNIFORM) 7,036 SY
2. 3” OVERLAY (HMA COMMERCIAL GRADE (SR-9.5A)(PG 70-28)) 1,148 TONS
3. PCCP PATCHING (FULL DEPTH) 50 SQYD
4. PAVEMENT MARKING (LONG LINES)(VARIOUS) 4,761 LF
TRAFFIC CONTROL 1 LS
TIME LIMIT:
Early Start Date: June 2, 2026
Late Start Date: June 25, 2026
All work must be completed by August 7, 2026
The Contractor’s operations in the prosecution of the work shall be continuous until complete unless otherwise approved by the Engineer, in accordance with Section R.
