Bid Opportunities
With this current opportunity, Clark invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages:

Prebid Conference: A prebid conference will be held at Pimlico on March 3, 2026 at 11:00AM. Clark respectfully asks that interested partners RSVP for this event via this link: clrk.cc/Pimlico-GMP7.

Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before
submitting a bid.

MBE Participation: This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8%
African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will
count toward the goal.

Prevailing Wages : This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.

Bid RFI's: The submission deadline for RFIs is March 6, 2026 at 12:00PM.

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are on March 18, 2026 at 12:00PM

Join us at this virtual event to gain insight into the project scope and schedule, connect with the Clark team, learn about our prequalification process. Project Details The Maryland Stadium Authority is leading a comprehensive redevelopment of the Pimlico Race Courseto transform it into a year-round, world-class racing and community destination. This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% woman-owned. Only MBEs certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) will count towards the goal. This is also a prevailing wage project.
