Period of Performance 60 days after NTP

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
Site Visit: Offerors are encouraged to perform site visit at any time to inspect the site and fully understand the requirement and conditions.
