THE CITY OF MONTEREY, CALIFORNIA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON-CALL ARCHITECTURAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CITY OF MONTEREY AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (IGSA) PROJECTS

The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms or individuals to provide a full range of architectural professional services including, but not limited to architectural design work for building remodels and improvements including, but not limited to renovations required to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Guidelines and current California Building Code requirements as applicable to each project. Projects may include work on historic buildings, office buildings, emergency response structures (i.e. police and fire facilities), public-serving spaces, new construction, etc.
