Security and Access Control Changeover for KIA Center

Project Goals:
• Replace 197 cameras in the facility and integrate into new video management system.
• Install 260 new cameras in the facility and integrate into new video management system.
• Replace access control hardware on existing 247 doors and integrate into new electronic access control system.
• Integrate and map cameras with access-controlled doors in new video management system.
• Create a scalable physical identity management plan, including the printing of all new credentials for 3500 staff.
• Provide scalable, on-premises storage.
• Configure system for a large number of users and different permission profiles.
• Deliver complete documentation, commissioning, and training for operational staff.
