Project Description: Pursuant to KRS 45A.370, Louisville Metro Government is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Owner’s Representatives to serve as the Louisville Metro Government (LMG) representative to manage the architectural, engineering, and construction teams for the Sun Valley Pool Replacement located at 6505 Bethany Lane, Louisville, KY 40272.
