REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
UNF RFQ-27-01 Wellness Center Phase II A&E Services
The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate, announces that professional services are required by an Architecture / Engineering firm to design and provide construction administration for the Wellness Center Phase II project located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224.
Project information
The Wellness Center Phase II project programming includes relocation of ball courts, classroom offices, and storage found in the existing UNF Field House and the addition of three new ball courts. Student Health and Mental Health will be relocated from the Brooks College of Health to the Wellness Phase II project location. Student Health programming includes a clinic, exam rooms potential pharmacy, offices in addition to classroom and storage. Mental Health programing includes a separate waiting room, counselling offices, staff offices, and storage. Total estimated net square footage for this project is 71,500 with an estimated construction cost of $29 million dollars. Total project budget is $35 million dollars.
