A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM HST by video or telephone conference. Interested parties shall notify the DF&PS CIP Coordinator by Thursday, August 13, 2026, 4:00 PM HST of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference.
