A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM HST by video or telephone conference. Interested parties shall notify the DF&PS CIP Coordinator by Thursday, August 13, 2026, 4:00 PM HST of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference. Please email

Bidders shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. The Contractor and his Subcontractor(s), if any shall comply with all applicable revisions of the prevailing wage rate schedule as required under Chapter 104, H.R.S.
