The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing Division is seeking responses on behalf of the Department of Commerce from potential suppliers to provide a contract for Energy Planning Consultants to assist local governments and Councils of Government in the development of Community Energy Strategic Plans (CESP) funded through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Current EECBG funding was authorized through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) (2021), Section 40552. A contract resulting from this solicitation may be designated for use as a statewide contract. See 74 O.S. § 85.5(G)(3).
