NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract FURNISH, DELIVER, AND INSTALL JAIL DOOR OPERATORS 26-063-FM on or before August 25, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management Department is seeking bidders to furnish, deliver, and install four (4) door operator systems for the DuPage County Jail, located at 501 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Awarded bidder shall remove two (2) Stewart Decatur operators from sallyport sliders, shown in EXHIBIT A, and two (2) Midwest Detention operators from the 10/11 doors, shown in EXHIBIT B. Existing doors will be reused. The entire existing operator must be removed and replaced, including the track and roller assemblies.
