This Request for Qualifications will establish the City of Davis On-Call Maintenance Services List of pre-qualified licensed contractor professionals.Summary

It is the intent of the City to enter into two-year, on-call contracts with three to six pre-qualified Contractors in maintenance and construction services in order to call upon these Contractors as needed to improve response times, ensure quality service delivery, and reduce administrative burden.

The work will be administered via task order to the selected specialty or general contractor through the City’s existing Professional Services Agreement. The City may, but is not required to, issue Scopes of Work to each respective contractor not to exceed a cumulative total of Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) per year. The City, with the consent of the Contractor, shall have the option for two (2) consecutive one (1) year extensions, under the same terms and conditions upon agreement of any price changes.

Questions about this Request for Proposals should be made in writing and emailed to affordablehousing@cityofdavis.org All requests for information or questions must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted.

Submittal Information

Proposals must be submitted by the deadline specified by the City. Late submissions will not be accepted. The submission deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026.

Prospective vendors interested in responding to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must submit a complete proposal in accordance with the requirements outlined “Proposal Requirements” section of this RFQ. Proposals will be deemed responsive only if all required components are included. All proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format via email to:
