    This Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified Offerors to provide Transit Drug and Alcohol Program Services to the Missouri Highways Transportation Commission (MHTC) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), as set forth in this RFP. The contract period for the performance of this RFP is from the July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with the Commission's right to extend the contract for three (3) additional one-year periods. MoDOT will receive proposal electronically through MissouriBUYS by MOVERS on or before 2:00pm CST, June 10, 2026.
