Hickory Park – Park Improvements

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically by Upper Uwchlan Township until 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 18, 2025, for the following project:
Hickory Park – Park Improvements contains two (2) contracts: Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement and Building Contract (General Contract) and Contract No. 2 – Electric Contract.
Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net).
Attendance at a pre-bid conference to be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Upper Uwchlan Township, 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425, at 9:30 AM is recommended for all bidders.
A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs.
Inquiries shall be submitted using the “Questions” feature in PennBid.
This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Upper Uwchlan Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner, or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Upper Uwchlan Township.
