Mental Health First Aid Training Services

The Indian Health Service (IHS) Navajo Area Office, located in 272 Hwy 264, Saint Michaels, Arizona, 86511, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with the National Council for Behavioral Health (UEI GDAKQ7A8MG55). The NAICS code is 541611 with an associated small business size standard of $24.5 million. The vendor will provide “Train the Trainer” services for the Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adult Mental Health First Aid courses. The Period of Performance is March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
