Project Description: The Springville City Power Department is currently requesting bids from qualified Contractors to provide trenching and / or boring services for the period of nine (9) months. The contract may be extended for an additional one (1) year upon the mutual agreement of both parties. Contracts will be for projects under $50,000.00.
