This Western Connecticut Regional Trail Project (WCTP) seeks to connect four shared-use paths, at various stages of completion, located in western Connecticut. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ), including a preliminary scope of work, consulting firm requirements, and submission instructions may be found at this link ( https://westcog.org/procurements/). An optional pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM ET. Questions should be directed in writing to the WestCOG staff indicated in the RFQ by Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 11:45 PM ET.
