Project Description: Williamson County, Texas, herein “the County”, seeks to establish contracts to provide Exterior window cleaning
Services for Williamson County’s owned premises. The County seeks to award to multiple contractors, principal
provider, and back-up provider(s), on an “as needed” basis for Exterior window cleaning services. The County
intends to use the established contracts, while reserving the right to obtain service from other sources, if
applicable, or perform the service in-house.
