**ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITIONS.**

This sources sought is seeking interest from vendors capable of providing Water Restoration, HVAC, Ducts, and Dryer Vent Cleaning and Disinfecting Services on Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT Dryer Vent Estimated Quantities . All interested parties are invited to provide the below listed information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561790 – Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings with a size standard of $9,000,000.

Firms capable of meeting the requirements and with an interest in submitting proposals on future requirements as described in this requirement are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package.

At a minimum, a capabilities package shall include the following:

1 . Capability statement which shall state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work.

4. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this requirement should it be solicited in the future.

5. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor-Protégé information, existing or potential (if applicable).

6. A listing of any government contracts your company held as the primary contractor over the last three (3) years.

7. What are the most critical criteria that would distinguish your company's capabilities from another? Explain.
